Home Health will continue providing their regular services, while Above and Beyond Wound Care focuses specifically on wound management. We coordinate dressing changes and treatment plans directly with the RN to maintain continuity and quality of care.

Skin Grafting and Substitutes-Our advanced wound care services include the use of skin grafts and biologic substitutes to promote faster healing and tissue regeneration for chronic or complex wounds. These treatments provide a protective covering and stimulate new tissue growth when the body’s natural healing process is delayed. Depending on each patient’s needs, we offer both autologous grafts (using the patient’s own skin or blood-derived matrix, such as ActiGraft+) and engineered skin substitutes designed to restore the wound bed and prevent infection.
